1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoxAltis website, platform, applications, interfaces, content, features, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
VoxAltis is operated by, or on behalf of, its owner (“VoxAltis”, “we”, “us”, “our”). References to “you” or “user” mean any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses the Service, whether as a registered or unregistered user.
By accessing, browsing, registering with, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using VoxAltis in any manner, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms in full
- You understand their legal effect
- You agree to be legally bound by them
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
VoxAltis is a reflective and informational platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate responses intended to support personal exploration, reflection, and consideration of ideas. It is not a medical service, mental health service, counselling service, religious authority, spiritual authority, or substitute for professional human care.
Your use of VoxAltis is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use VoxAltis. By using the Service, you confirm and warrant that you meet this requirement.
